Fata Morgana Hotel

The hotel Fata Morgana is at the Dakrur`s mountain (4km from oasis centre) and offers accommodation for guests. The villa consists in the ground-floor five bedrooms, a large living room, two bathrooms with showers, it has also a huge veranda with a passage. The second-floor consists of down cupola cover seven bedrooms with inclusive toilets. Shower, fireplaces and balcony. There is also a living room with a fountain and a fireplace. The hotel complex has an Arabic restaurant for ca. 30 persons and a pool. The hotel complex is in a big garden with fruits and olives. In these place are also the possibility to sleep in small traditional berber houses. We also offers personally guided tours out to the Siwa oasis.

The Fata Morgana has several cool and spacious rooms, jazzed up by tall, domed ceilings and curving arches. The two-storey, stonework building here stays amazingly chilled in the desert heat, and the small, clear pool will help you cool down if you’re still breaking a sweat. Each chamber has a balcony with great views of either Gebel Dakrur or the desert expanse – top marks in the bang-for-buck department.
